What does Divertido Padel mean?
Divertido is the Spanish word for pleasure.

What is a pre-order?
A pre-order is an advance order of a product that is not yet available for shipping. We expect to be able to ship these orders in mid-June.

What are the shipping costs within the Netherlands?
For orders up to €120.00 we charge €6.95 shipping costs. Is your delivery address within a radius of 10 kilometers from IJmuiden? Then we only charge €3.00 shipping costs. In this case, choose the shipping method 'Local delivery'.

When you place an order with a total amount of €120.00 or higher, we will cover the shipping costs.

Do you also ship to addresses outside the Netherlands?
Yes, we ship orders to Belgium, Germany, France, Italy, Portugal, Spain and Sweden. The shipping costs are €25.00 per order.

When you place an order with a total amount of €250.00 or higher, we will cover the shipping costs.

Can I pick up my order?
It is possible to pick up your order in IJmuiden. In this case, choose the shipping method 'Pickup'. We do not charge any costs for this shipping method.
After you have placed your order, send us an email to info@divertidopadel.com with your order number. You will find this in the email you receive after you have placed your order. We will then make an appointment to collect your order.

Which payment methods do you accept?
You can make a secure payment on our website using Ideal, Paypal, Credit Card and Bancontact.

I placed an order but did not receive a confirmation email. What should I do now?
If the confirmation email is not in your 'junk' (spam) folder, please contact us via the contact form or send an email to info@divertiodopadel.com. Please state your name and the date of payment. Then we will look with you.

What is the status of my order?
You can view the status of your order by clicking on the figure at the top right and logging in to your account. Here you will find your order(s) and the order status.
Have you not created an account? You can also view the status of your order by opening the confirmation email of your order and clicking on the 'View your order' button.

Where can I find my order number?
The order number is in the subject line of your confirmation email. This is also stated in the confirmation email itself. The order number always starts with DP#.

When do I receive my order?
On working days we pack orders within 24 hours. As soon as your order has been processed by PostNL, you will receive an email with delivery information, including your personal track & trace code.

What is your return policy?
As a consumer, you have the right to return the products up to 14 days after receiving your order without giving any reason. In this case, please contact us via the contact form or info@divertidopadel.com and state your order number and the products you want to return. You will then receive an email from us with the instructions. Unregistered returns will not be processed. The shipping costs for returning a (part of an) order are at your own expense.

Please note that products must be returned unopened and in their original condition and packaging. If the product (or packaging) is used or damaged, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you.

As soon as we have received the return shipment, we will refund the amount due (excluding shipping costs) to your account within 14 days.

Can i cancel my order?
You can cancel your order free of charge, as long as we have not yet shipped your order. You can find the order status in your account. If your order has already been shipped, you can return the order (at your own expense). For our returns policy, see the heading above.

Do you also sell gift vouchers?
We do not currently sell gift vouchers. We do plan to offer Divertido Padel gift vouchers. Keep an eye on our website and newsletter for this.

I work at an association or shop and would like to work together. Is this possible?
We just like this. Please get in touch via the contact form or send us an email at info@divertidopadel.com.

How do I subscribe to the newsletter?
This can be done at the bottom of the page by leaving your email address.
